Simpleware is dedicated to developing innovative software bridging the gap between 3D imaging technologies and manufacturing.

Simpleware Ltd. is headquarterd in Exeter, UK, and develops and provides world-leading mesh generation software and services for the conversion of 3D scan data (e.g. MRI, CT, MicroCT, etc.) into high-quality computer models used for CAD, Finite Element simulation, and Rapid Prototyping.

The Company was founded in 2000 with the aim to offer researchers and engineers who are dissatisfied with the time they spend on generating good quality computer models, a faster and more advanced solution from 3D scanner data to computer design and simulation. In spring 2001, our innovative technology received a Smart Award from the UK Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

Simpleware’s proprietary approach provides a profound improvement from current techniuqes to convert non-destructive scan data into a computer model or a physical prototype. The software allows users to considerably cut down on mesh generation time whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.
